My approach to any given challenge is one of understanding the issues by listening carefully to my client and giving full attention to the details.
A viable solution is proposed and discussed with the client and a project plan with clearly defined milestones agreed. I execute the project as independently as feasible to minimise client attention required. This special relationship relies on the client’s trust in my abilities, my track record in delivering success by applying creativity, analysis, knowledge and access to relevant networks.
Unusual problems require exceptional thinking. In over 30 years of professional work I had to untangle many different constellations, resolve tough conflicts and handle people’s interests with great care, mostly with success.
Generally full projects are priced on the basis of a success fee (Lehman formula) plus a monthly retainer or day fee.
I now also offer a modular approach for advisory work. Increasingly clients require only specific support, such as to define the best sales strategy, or a potential buyers analysis, or only negotiation support, or maybe due diligence management. These modules allow competitive rates on an hourly or daily basis.
